Where to enter a promo code on Xero?

From the header, click the 3 dot and 3 line icon, then select My Xero.

Find the organisation you want to redeem the promo code for, then click Info.

Click the Options button, and select to ‘redeem promocode’ then enter the promo code, and click Add Code.

Who is Xero suitable for?

Small to medium business are the most suitable, but larger business can use the system it will depend on the volume of transactions which take place to ensure the volume doesn’t slow the loading of pages and reporting.

What is a Xero credit note?

A credit note is the opposite of an invoice. Examples of situations of this would be if you need issue a credit against a mistake, returned goods or discount not applied.
