Well done to our fantastic five who walked 26 miles from Brighton to Eastbourne for Macmillian Cancer Support on Saturday.
The team raised a total of £1,430 with 78 amazing supporters helping us hit our £1,250 target!
After months of training, Sam, Laurel, Vic, Michelle and Peter began the mighty 26 mile hike at 8am in Brighton and after a tremendous effort they reached Eastbourne with finishing times varying from 10 hours 24 minutes to 11 hours 2 minutes.
The team were given a medal and a well deserved glass of champagne as they crossed the finishing line.
Macmillan Cancer Support helps everyone with cancer live life as fully as they can, providing physical, financial and emotional support. So whatever cancer throws their way, Macmillan is right there with them every step of the way.
