On Friday 1 March, Dina will be taking part in the 2019 Zumbathon in aid of Martlets Hospice.
The high intensity dance off will go on for three hours between 7:30pm and 10:30pm at the Reebok CrossFit Centre in Portslade.
Dina is hoping to complete the full three hours without any breaks if she can reach her £100 target for the charity.
