Dental Health Spa is an independent family run dental practice located in the heart of Brighton. We recently caught up with the Owner and Managing Director, Christina Chatfield to find out how we’ve helped her business.
Dental Health Spa became a client when they incorporated in 2007 after a recommendation that to this day, they are still grateful for. They were the first dental practice set up and controlled by a hygienist, aiming to provide direct access to hygiene services. However, Christina bucked the trend (whilst upsetting a few dentists along the way) and the firm is now on its way to its 16th year. Christina believes that without the support of Paul and the Plus Accounting team this dream may not have become a very real and thriving reality.
Plus Accounting provides a full package of services including annual accounts, Xero and payroll. Christina adds that Plus Accounting have always supported their approach to running the company and encouraged them to implement Xero, which she describes as a “game changer”.
When two shareholders left their business under difficult circumstances, Paul Feist, Managing Director, supported Christina and her desire to keep the company trading, recognising that her passion was not foolhardy and that with a huge amount of drive and a little bit of luck it would become profitable and sustainable.
