Marketing Automation & Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Join us on Tuesday 24 July at our Workshop 'Marketing Automation & Customer Relationship Management'.
Lindsey Pickles, Director at Bright Dials will be giving an introduction to Marketing Automation and a practical look at what it can mean for your business. The technology around marketing automation is developing constantly and this workshop will help understand the key features. We’ll then look at how these marketing automation tools can nurture leads through to sale, help you understand your customers better and give you the tools to respond quickly when leads are ready to buy. You’ll also see how you can measure return on investment more accurately, enabling you to spend your marketing budget more effectively.
Lindsey has over 20 years experience in the tech, digital and media industries working with clients all over the world. She set up Bright Dials three years ago and the agency specialises in the more technical side of digital marketing. Her mission is to give clients the tools and confidence to use their data more effectively and be more streamlined when using CRMs and marketing automation. She believes in helping clients with the whole process, from onboarding and training through to ongoing marketing support - being available to answer questions, provide training or implement marketing for clients is crucial for the success of their marketing campaigns.
Emma Hardwick from Plus Accounting understands that marketing automation and technology is an everyday part of accounting and as a Gold Partner of Xero we understand the importance of having correct and live data.
